Research
Castle Mead are proud to be an NHIR Research Practice and have embarked on a number of research projects during the course of the year. The projects we choose are varied and usually selected to link with our curent patient demographic. Billed as the nation’s biggest-ever recruitment drive for clinical trials, you may have spotted some fantastic coverage already across the BBC, This Morning, Times, Guardian, Mirror, Independent, Financial Times, LBC and more!
Be Part of Research - NIHR’s flagship recruitment service - is a free, quick and simple way for people to register and take part in research with nearly every major health condition represented. Adults across the UK are being urged to sign up today at bepartofresearch.uk, with underrepresented groups including young adults, Black people and people of South Asian heritage particularly encouraged to take part.
Be Part of Research is central to government plans to turbocharge medical research and a key priority in the 10 Year Health Plan, set to be published over the coming weeks.
